- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪You can't get any appointments even the emergency ones. Worst part you finally get appointment you can't be late but you sure would be waiting about an hour or more before the doctor finally sees you. Do they don't keep to their own schedule but if your late the doctor won't see either. Compete unorganised timetable. Front desk staff can be rude, not always attentive nor caring, but the nurse and doctor are spot on, real deal if ur lucky to get seen or get appointment firstly. Overall alot needs to be done to improve their services because that I gave them 1 star and that's because of the actual doctors and nurse who are excellent. Everything else is rubbish..! - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The Doctors are fantastic the only problem i find is when you have an appointment you see your doctor they tell you to rebook for 3 weeks then you try to rebook then told sorry no appointment ring on the day , which i have tried for 7 days can't get through engaged all the time , then when you eventually get through no appointments left you have to queue up outside in all weathers at 8 30 to try and get in ridiculous, 4 weeks now since my original appointment still have not managed to get in and see my doctor for follow up. asked the receptionist why as the doctor asked me to make a follow up appointment then " reply he does not know he is fully booked , lot of help to meby Jacqueline BrooksOctober 21, 2017
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I find this practise a very pleasant place to visit. All the staff are friendly and helpful. The Doctors are excellent; Doctor Story my usual GP is exceptional.Lynn the practise nurse is lovely. Appointments are the same as anywhere else; "busy" If you can go and Que in the morning you will be seen the same day.by Doreen LloydJune 08, 2017
