  I’ve been receiving treatment at Skin Medical for almost a year now and I’m very happy with everything so far. The staff are polite, professional and (trans-)friendly. Each stage of my treatment has been clearly explained to and discussed with me including risk assessment, expected reduction & duration thereof and aftercare technique. The machinery used is reliable, I’ve yet to suffer a malfunction during a session here, and the facilities are kept to a good hygienic standard. Rebecca's been handling both my laser (face) and electrolysis (breasts) and has a knack for creating a relaxed environment to get treated in. I almost look forward to our sessions instead of dreading them :D I’ve had laser (face & full body) done at other practices and can’t stress enough what a difference that makes. That said she doesn’t stint on the professionalism and strives to safely maximise your timeslot. You won’t find her slowing down because she’s also having a conversation with you. Currently we’re outpacing our reasonable estimates for hair reduction on both fronts. I can whole-heartedly recommend Skin Medical and have already done so to family, friends and acquaintances who've expressed an interest in similar treatments.

  I had some dermal fillers with Helen not too long ago now and i was incredibly pleased with the results. She first explained to me how aging works and what was happening to my face and after she injected i could actually see the improvement, my partner even commented on my new fresh face which was nice as hes mostly oblivious to these things. I since visited the clinic last week for my non surgical blepharoplasty as my eyes have always been another concern of mine. The treatment itself went well and i have received excellent aftercare from both the staff and Helen who have been very attentive and i do feel as though i received an excellent service overall and im already looking forward to returning to skin medical in future to maintain my fab results. Thank you very much Helen.
