- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪If by some minor miracle you get through to a receptionist. You are greeted with zero compassion and understanding. I was told that I have to come in and hand write a repeat prescription. Working long hours makes it pretty much impossible. Tough! was their response. When I asked if they have an email system set up for repeat prescriptions (as per my last doctors).
