- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Disgraceful service, on the occasion you can actually make it through on the phone the staff are frequently unhelpful. I have been unable to make regular required scheduled appointments for some time now to monitor a long term condition. Reception are simply refusing to make an appointment unless I go exactly when they tell me too, which being a teacher isn't an easy ask for a non emergency appointment. They have since refused to continue my repeat prescription until I make an appointment which they won't actually let me make. I have now no option but to look for another doctor as they are literally endangering my life because the service is so bad. Seriously beware!by Rich PriceJanuary 20, 2017
